Wirra Wirra Scrubby Rise Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in colour with green tinges. Lifted passionfruit and green lime over the top of fresh tropical peaches and melons. Zesty passionfruit and tropical fruit fills the mouth and provide a lovely bright wine with juicy fruit and mouth-watering acidity.

Tasting Notes

Shimmering, pale lime green. Lifted aromas of citrus and grassy florals, sage and marjoram, along with sweeter notes of mangosteen, honeydew and beurre-bosc pears. Fresh lime-juice sweetness is balanced by steely acidity and dry herbs. The palate is lively and supple with a crunchy, fresh finish. It’s perfect as an aperitif or to match with fresh summer meals.
